At the desk, after payment

SALONS AND BARBERS
In a salon the cycle is weeks, not minutes. A client who comes back every six weeks is a business; one who stretches to ten is a gap in the diary that a loyalty card can quietly prevent.
A haircut does not sell itself again tomorrow. The client leaves happy and then life happens: a busy month, a work trip, a cheaper place near the office. The reward exists to make coming back the easy answer, and the follow-up email exists to catch the ones who drifted anyway.
That is why the two settings that matter most here are the reward and the win-back timing. Ten stamps for a free treatment, and a reminder after roughly twice your normal cycle, fits how salons actually run.

A free colour, a free beard trim, a discount on a product — the reward should be something that costs you less than the visit it brings in.
After an agreed number of completed cards, a client automatically receives extra stamps. It rewards the people who were never going to leave, which is exactly who you want to keep happy.
After the visit threshold you choose, the browser card shows a neutral Google review invitation. The same invitation appears for every eligible member. Rewards never depend on leaving a review or its sentiment.
Autivia is not your booking system and does not connect to it. Stamps are given by staff at the desk, so your appointment software stays exactly as it is.
Clients keep their card as a browser link. Apple and Google Wallet passes are part of the planned launch; we confirm availability during setup.
One active programme runs per business. Branches within that business share the rules and member records. We agree which locations take part during setup.
No. Their card is a link. If they lose it, staff can resend the card to the email they joined with.
On a points programme, yes. Every member has a referral code to share; the friend gets the discount you set on their first qualifying purchase, and the referrer earns points once that purchase is recorded. On a stamps programme there is no referral reward, and a referral can never be replayed.
Tell us your normal cycle and we will set the reward and the reminder around it.
