KEEPING CUSTOMERS

The reward gets them in. The follow-up gets them back.

A stamp card is the start of a relationship, not the end of one. Autivia handles the moments that usually get forgotten: the customer who drifts away, the customer who just finished a card, and the customer who would happily leave you a review.

Four things that run in the background

We keep developing retention ideas for your niche, from rewards that fit your customers to the right moment for a reminder. We set the rules with you, and the software handles the follow-up. Managed adds a monthly human review and one agreed adjustment.

Win-back after a set number of days

Set how many days away counts as drifting (and, if you like, a discount) and customers who opted in receive a short reminder. The programme records who was emailed and when, so nobody gets the same nudge twice in a row.

A milestone surprise

On a stamp programme, choose how many redeemed rewards earn a bonus and how many extra stamps to add. When the customer redeems that reward, the bonus appears automatically on their card. The milestone counts completed reward cycles, not money spent.

A neutral review request

After the visit threshold you choose, the browser card shows a neutral Google review invitation. Every eligible member sees the same invitation. Rewards do not depend on leaving a review or its sentiment.

A monthly report

Every month the programme files its own numbers: visits, new members, redemptions, milestones, win-backs sent, wallet passes and the repeat rate. On the Managed plan a person reads it and writes suggestions.

Consent, unsubscribe and what we do not do

Marketing email is opt-in, full stop. When a customer joins, the form asks separately whether they want emails beyond their card, and every win-back email or points-expiry reminder carries an unsubscribe link. A customer who unsubscribes keeps their stamps and their reward; they just stop being emailed.

Autivia does not send email on behalf of your payment provider, does not buy lists, and does not sell customer data. Exports exist so you can take your customers elsewhere if you leave — that is your data, and every export is logged.

We configure and test email delivery during onboarding. Autivia covers shared provider costs within your plan allowance, so you do not need a separate Resend subscription. We agree the sending address with you before launch, and enable follow-ups after delivery checks pass.

Retention questions

How many emails will one customer get?

Win-back emails follow the inactivity setting. A points programme can also send an expiry reminder. Both require email consent and configured delivery. Google review invitations appear on the card and are not sent by email.

Can I turn the emails off entirely?

Yes. Win-back emails and points-expiry reminders each have their own setting, so you can leave both off. With them off, Autivia still runs the card, the stamps, the rewards and the reporting.

Do customers have to agree to marketing email to join?

No. Joining the programme and agreeing to emails are separate answers, and the card works either way.

Turn the follow-up on

Tell us how your customers usually drift away and we will set the rules around that.
