Your branding
Your business name, your colour and your reward wording on the front, exactly as on the browser card — not a co-branded generic card.
WALLET LOYALTY CARDS
Your branding and the customer’s personal QR code, together in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. The browser card keeps their balance and rewards up to date.
Planned launch: Wallet activation and device checks are still pending. Browser cards are available now.
Wallet passes are part of the planned offer. Autivia handles the shared provider accounts and their costs within your plan allowance. Your store does not need separate Apple or Google accounts.
The pass carries the member’s existing QR code and links to the browser card for their current balance. Customers keep the same card link.

The programme name, the reward and how it is earned, in your own words. The pass is not where the balance lives.
The same code staff scan today. Nothing at the counter changes when passes are switched on.
The member's own browser link, which is where the current balance and progress are shown. The pass itself shows no balance and no stamp count.
The programme name, how the reward works, and how to get help — the details customers ask about at the counter.
Win-back emails and points-expiry reminders go only to members who opted in to email. Google review invitations appear on the browser card. Neither of those emails needs a Wallet pass.
There is no push service behind these passes, so nothing updates a pass once it has been added — no balance, no stamp count, no progress. That is why the pass points back to the browser card and why the browser card stays the primary card: the card page is always the current number.
