What you get with Autivia

We help you decide what earns a stamp, what customers earn and when a reminder makes sense, and the software runs the repeatable work once the programme is configured. This is what we do with you, not a claim that another tool cannot do it: the checked prices and differences are in the table below.

Set up with you, at your counter

The €99 setup is a working session rather than a form: we agree the stamp count, the reward, the milestone bonus and the staff accounts, and the QR code for the counter is ready for your team.

Reward and stamp rules you choose

How many stamps earn the reward, and what the reward is, are yours to set: a free coffee after six, a discount after ten. Change either of them later from the dashboard.

Win-back timing built around your visit rhythm

Choose how many days away should trigger a reminder. A coffee counter and a salon have different visit rhythms, so we set the wait with you for your business.

Automation that asks first

The win-back and review workflows check marketing consent before sending, and each email includes an unsubscribe link. Delivery requires a configured sender and scheduled jobs.

A milestone bonus on top of the reward

Once a customer finishes an agreed number of cards, you can add extra stamps as a surprise. It is optional, and the card works without it.

Neutral review invitations

The review request is a plain question, sent after a set number of visits. A reward never depends on leaving a review or on what that review says.

A monthly report filed automatically

With monthly reporting enabled and the schedule connected, the programme files a report on visits and rewards automatically. Read the numbers in your dashboard instead of rebuilding a spreadsheet.

Managed: one person, one agreed adjustment a month

On Autivia Managed a person reads your numbers each month, and one agreed adjustment is made for you: reward size, stamp count or win-back timing. It is bounded on purpose, and the next decision stays yours.

Comparison questions

How should I compare the price?

Autivia focuses on a standalone stamp programme and its follow-up workflows. The €49 monthly plan includes those workflows and reporting, with €99 assisted setup. Some alternatives cost less, so compare the service and the customer experience as well as the price.

Do you have features they do not?

Other tools offer branding and messaging too, along with reporting. Autivia brings its workflows together with assisted setup around your store's reward and visit rhythm. Monthly reports are part of the standard plan; Managed adds a person reviewing the numbers and one agreed adjustment each month.

Still not sure it fits?

Describe your counter and your reward. If Autivia is the wrong tool for it, we will say so in the reply.
